Job Description

Chef de Rang required for our prestigious client - a hotel in Surrey

As Chef de Rang you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a section within this premier restaurant

Candidates require a stable track record for this opportunity of Chef de Rang which will include fine dining experience to rosette level preferred

The role of Chef de Rang will require you to work as part of a team to provide exceptional service and smooth delivery of service . Shift work is involved working 5 days over a 7 day period

The salary for Chef de Rang is given as £14,000 per annum. Transport is desirable due to location but not essential. Our client can offer accommodation if required
