FMCG Innovation Management & Consulting Cambridge/North Herts area circa £45-60k +car allowance, bonus & full benefits

The Company: This is a World class research, product innovation, management and design consultancy providing their services to household name clients across many industry sectors including FMCG, white & brown consumer electrical goods, bio-medical/healthcare, renewable energy, eco/green technology and scientific & industrial processes to name but a few.

The Job: The Consumer Innovation Group is experiencing a steep increase in business and is now seeking two additional Consultants with around five years or more experience in either the FMCG, Consumer Electronics or Consumer/Personal Healthcare products market.

The Requirements: Candidates should offer a good academic record a good degree is essential, along with extensive experience in an FMCG or other Consumer goods manufacturing and sales/marketing company (previous consultancy experience is NOT a pre-requisite). You must have proven experience in managing and delivering innovation in product design and marketing where consumer shopping insights form a key component. you'll need to be highly creative but with a structured approach to thinking for the purpose of solving a problem. Experience should include marketing but we will not rule out candidates from a mainly technical/product design or Engineering background providing they can demonstrate commercial awareness and a solid track record in product innovation. Extensive client contact is a central part of the role so you will also need to be highly personable and offer excellent verbal and written communication skills.
