Our client operates a 60 bedroom hotel with 5 function rooms, it is based In Kingston and offers good value and provides excellent conferencing and events facilities.

The Reservations Manager will manage all operations of the hotel through the Reservations Co-ordinator.

DUTIES

1. To manage the way the group forecast revenue , prioritise strategies, react to market conditions and process bedroom reservations in order to maximise yield.
2. To foster relationships with key clients and to identify and evaluate new markets and new businesses to target.
3. To devise corporate rates based on volume of business.
4. To effectively market accommodation and weekend breaks via websites.
5. To prepare reports of daily, weekly, monthly performance.
6. To identify new wholesalers to work with and propose new allocations.
7. To prepare rate close out strategies.
8. To prepare yearly accommodation budgets.

Applicants will need to have been successful in a similar role at a quality hotel and live within a short commute of Kingston Upon Thames.
You will need to have good managerial and communication skills for this role.

Basic salary is £25000 + a £5000 bonus. A higher salary may be paid to an exceptional candidate
